Biographical data:
Born in 1989 in Vilnius. Completed a bachelor’s degree in archaeology in 2012 (thesis: “Hoards of the Early Metal Period in Lithuania”). In 2015, completed a master’s degree in archaeology (thesis: “Social Organization of Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age Societies in Northwestern Lithuania Based on Burial Evidence”). In 2024, defended a doctoral dissertation: “Burial Practices of the Early Metal Period in the Western Part of the Southeastern Baltic Region”. Conducted archaeological research at findspots of individual bronze artifacts (2013: Laborai and Telišionys, Pakruojis District Municipality; 2021: Daukniškiai, Biržai District Municipality; 2022: Antaniškiai, Kelmė District Municipality; 2023: Viekvedžiai, Šiauliai District Municipality); and at the 1st millennium BC barrow cemetery in Mišeikiai (Kiškėnai), Klaipėda District Municipality (2024). Worked on the publication of “Archaeological Investigations in Lithuania” (2020 and 2021) and “Methods in Lithuanian Archaeology: Science and Technologies for Understanding the Past” (2013).
