Farming economy; reconstruction of ancient food; human nutrition, culinary heritage, sources of food production; beginning of food globalisation; domestication of plants and taming of animals; the first East-West contacts across the Eurasian steppe; Neolith-the Bronze Age in Ukraine, Lithuania, and Central Asia; reconstructions of the palaeo-environment, evolution of the Holocene landscape and human interaction with nature, human adaptation to natural conditions, human impact on nature, farming strategies.
