On March 26 (Thursday), we invite you to the presentation of the monograph by Dr. Piotr Łabędź, a researcher at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń: “From a Royal Favourite to an Oppositionist. The Political and Military Activity of Krzysztof Radziwiłł ‘Piorun’ (1547–1603),” Warsaw: DiG, 2025.

The event will take place in the event hall of the Lithuanian Institute of History (Tilto St. 17, ground floor).

The event starts at 3:00 PM.

The presentation will be attended by the author of the book, as well as Dr. Gintautas Sliesoriūnas, Head of the Department of the History of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania at the Lithuanian Institute of History, and Dr. Neringa Dambrauskaitė-Martinkėnė, a researcher at the same department. The event will be held in Polish.
